On April 26, Ambassador Chen Bo met with Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ismir Jusko. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation between the two countries in the field of civil aviation and transport cooperation within the Mechanism of Cooperation between China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
The meeting noted there is great room for transport cooperation between China and BiH. Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports between the two countries is expected to enter into force soon, and in this respect, cooperation in the field of civil aviation should be improved, with a view to facilitating the exchange of people and promoting tourism cooperation.
The two sides also exchanged views on participation of Chinese companies in building transport infrastructure in BiH.
