On April 20, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Bosnia and Herzegovina Ji Ping attended the award ceremony of the first "International Chinese Language Day" painting and calligraphy competition at the University of East Sarajevo. The event was also attended by the Assistant Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adnan Husić, the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Ljubo Grković, Mayor of East Sarajevo Ljubiša Ćosić, the mayor of the municipality of Pale Boško Jugović, the Rector of the University of East Sarajevo Prof. Milan Kulić, the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of East Sarajevo Drago Mastilović and representatives of Chinese language teachers, students of the University of East Sarajevo.
