On May 28, the final of the 24th “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students in the Bosnia and Herzegovina was successfully held at the Pale Cultural Center. The event was hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and organized by the Sinology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of East Sarajevo.

The competition was vibrant and inspiring. Contestants from across Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered speeches themed “One World, One Family” and competed in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. After intense competition, Ban Tianye from the University of East Sarajevo won first prize, and she will represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in the global finals of the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students in China.
