In order to promote the friendly relations between China and Bosnia and Herzegovina and deepen educational and cultural exchanges between the two countries, the Chinese Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina has established the "2026 Ambassador's Grant." This grant aims to encourage more young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina to study hard and devote themselves to the China-BiH friendly bilateral relations. Eligible young people are welcome to apply. Specific requirements are as follows:
I. Eligibility Requirements
1. Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who are friendly towards China;
2. Special groups such as students from economically disadvantaged families or students with disabilities (relevant proof is required, such as proof of parents' unemployment, proof of disability, or a statement of hardship issued by the school, etc.);
3. Under the same conditions, those with excellent grades will be given priority consideration.
II. Award Method
1.The grant will be awarded in cash.
2.The scholarship will be awarded through the relevant school. The China Embassy will sign scholarship agreement with the school.
III. Application Materials
1. "2026 Ambassador’s Grant" Application Form;
2. Electronic passport photo;
3. Photocopy of passport;
4. Academic transcript for the 2025-2026 academic year issued by the student's school;
5. Proof of enrollment issued by the student's school;
6. A letter of recommendation from the school or a teacher;
7. Certificates of honor received in the 2025-2026 academic year (if any);
8.Certificates for families with financial difficulties or special groups such as people with disabilities.
