On June 16, Ambassador Li Fan met with the president of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ms. Lidija Bradara.

Ambassador Li stated that this year marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting the deep-rooted friendship between the two countries and their continuously expanding cooperation, which has benefited local communities and improved people’s livelihoods. She noted that many Chinese enterprises have invested and started businesses in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and expressed hope that the local government would continue to provide a fair and just business environment for Chinese companies. China is willing to further cooperation in infrastructure, new energy, and other fields, promote exchanges in tourism, culture, and education, and strengthen sister-city partnerships between the Federation and Chinese localities to deepen people-to-people bonds.
Bradara affirmed that the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina attaches great importance to developing relations with China, and emphasized that several projects undertaken by Chinese companies have already been implemented in the region, bringing tangible benefits to the local communities. She expressed hope to strengthen exchanges with China in infrastructure, green energy, and digitalization. The two sides also exchanged views on the domestic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and ways to strengthen environmental protection cooperation.
